Privacy
This site collects nothing. There are no contact forms, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising. Nothing you do here is recorded, and there is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
The pages are static files served from Amazon Web Services. As with any website, your browser must send your IP address to the server in order to receive the page. Access logging is switched off, so no request logs are kept.
The typeface is served from this site rather than a font provider, so loading these pages contacts no third party at all.
Records from when the studio traded
Tangible Visual Ltd traded from 2011 to 2025. Some records from that period — project files, correspondence, contracts and accounts — are still held, and some contain personal data such as names and business contact details. Certain company and tax records must be retained for six years by law.
If you want to know what is held about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be erased, email info@tangiblevisual.com. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your own national data protection authority if you are in the EU or EEA.
Images and copyright
Visualisations, images and animations produced by the studio remain in copyright. They are not released for reuse, and permission should be sought before reproducing them — email info@tangiblevisual.com.
Client names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They appear solely as an acknowledgement of past work and do not imply any continuing relationship or endorsement. Links to client websites are provided for reference only; those sites are not under our control and no responsibility is accepted for their contents.
Terms of use
This site is an archive for a business that has closed. The studio is no longer trading and no longer accepts commissions; nothing here is an offer of services. The materials are provided as they are, without warranties as to accuracy or completeness, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from their use. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
